INTERVAL TRAINING:  3 x 8 Min. E2MOM Stations, :60-:90 sec off between stations

Station 1:  8 Min. E2MOM:  Ropes

  • 25x Big Slams

  • 50x singles / 25 DUs (Non-Impact: 50x e.s. Mountain Climbers)

  • 25x (e.s.) alternating small waves

  • 50x singles/ 25x DUs

 

Station 2:  8 Min. E2MOM:  Strength

– R: x12 reps of each, W: x10 reps of each, B: x8 reps of each

  • MB Squat Press Out (B: MB or BW Squat)

  • Push Up Progression (5x negatives)

  • MB Deadbug (total)

 

Station 3:  8 Min. E2MOM:  Conditioning

  • Parking Lot Loop (evening classes:  Bottom of parking lot 4 touches flags <> curb) (Non-Impact:  Bike 15/12/8 Cals)

  • 5x (e.s.) ½ Kneeling Side MB Slams

4 Min. Finisher (if time):  Partner Calf/Tibial Raises

  • P1:  Calf Raises (BW or holding KB)

  • P2:  Tibial Raises (back leaning against wall)

  • Switch every :30 sec, running clock for 4 minutes.  Quick switches!!
