  • Goblet Lateral Step Squat (1 Step R/ 1 Step L)

  • Mountain Climbers

  • Hollow Hold

  • KB Alternating Single Arm Clean and Press

  • Burpees

  • Goblet Step Back Lunge to ½ Kneeling Halo R: keep bottom knee off ground in split squat hold during halo

  • Superman Hold

  • Jump Rope

 

4 Min. Finisher:  Mini Band Tabata

  • Min. 1&3:  3 pt. toe touch R

  • Min. 2&4:  3 pt. toe touch L
