Interval Training: 3 x 8 Min Rounds + Shoulder Prehab Starter

Starter:  Shoulder Prehab – Side Lying Trio (3lb. weights):

  • Flexion (RPE 6/10) 10-12 Reps

  • Abduction (RPE 8/10) 12-15 Reps

  • External Rotation (RPE 10/10) 15-20+ Reps

 

Interval Training:  3 x 8 Minute RNDS :30 Move / :30 Hold

 

High Knees (Non-Impact: Fast March) → Split Squat Hold Right

Burpee Progression → Split Squat Hold Left

Lateral Lunge→ Lateral Squat Hold :15R/:15L

Push Up Progression → High Plank Hold

Single Leg Hip Lifts Right → Single Leg Hip Lift Hold Right

Single Leg Hip Lifts Left → Single Leg Hip Lift Hold Left

Mountain Climbers → Side Plank R

Squat Jumps (Non-Impact: squats)→ Side Plank L

  • 1 min. rest
