Lateral Bounds Single Leg Active Stance Hold :15 R/:15 L

Cook Hip Lifts Right → Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold Right

Cook Hip Lifts Left → Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold Left

Mountain Climbers → Side Plank

Squat Jumps B: SquatsSide Plank

  • 30 sec rest
