  • Hips: Pistol Lift Offs 5x each leg
    HIP CARS 3x Each Side

Interval Training:  3 x 9 minute Circuits :40/:20 per exercise. Complete Circuit 3 x Straight Through = 9 Min.,  1 min. rest between circuits.

Down Dog Toe Touch

Jump Rope

High Plank Clock

Circuit 2:

Bear Crawl to Push Up B: Bear Crawl Hold

Lateral Squats

Superman Hold

Circuit 3:

Bodyweight Squats

Lateral Bounds

Hollow Hold
