Plank R: Plank Reach

 

Circuit 2:

Sidelying Shoulder Abduction (3 lbs Mini Dumbbells) [Switch @ 20 Sec]

KB Deadlift Progression  (1KB >>2KB Suitcase)  R:(105+/88+),W:(70+/60+),B:(53+/45+)

Mtn Climbers

 

Circuit 3:

Sidelying Shoulder External Rotation (3 lbs Mini Dumbbells) [Switch @ 20 Sec]

Lateral Squat Progression (TRX–BW)

High Knees
