Interval Training:  3 x 9 minute Circuits :40/:20 per exercise. Complete Circuit 3 x Straight Through = 9 Min.,  1 min. rest between circuits.

 

Circuit 1:

Squat Press Outs (Use Lightweight 20# Less) 

Block Jumps Non-Impact: Lateral Squat

High Plank Clock

 

Circuit 2:

Straight Leg Deadlift 

Vertical Jump  Non-Impact: Load Absorption Drill

Superman Hold

 

Circuit 3:

KB Upright Row

Jumping Lunges Non-Impact: Stepback Lunges

Hollow Hold
