Jumping Lunges (mod: step back) → Side Plank

Ninjas → Side Plank

  • 30 sec rest     – 

Rocket Jumps → High Plank

Sit Ups → Hollow Hold

Hip Bridge Raises → Side Plank

Superhero → Side Plank

  • 30 sec rest     – 

Push Ups → High Plank

Scissor Kicks → Hollow Hold 

Side Lunges → Side Plank 

Floating Table Shoulder Taps → Side Plank 

  • 30 sec rest    –

Ralph McGill Run / 200 Jump Rope Singles / 20 Cal Air Bike or 500 m Row 

 

  • Rest 2 min and REPEAT 1 more time    –
