Hips: Pistol Lift Offs 5x each leg

Shin Box Drill 5x each side

 

Tempo Calf Raises: 5 RNDS of 5 Reps = 5 Minutes on a  :40/:20 Clock Work/Rest 

  • Tempo: 1 Second Up / 1 Second Hold / 5 Second Lower / 1 Second Rest 
  • The Why: for Ankles Tendo (P)rehab 

 

Interval Training: 3×7 Minutes Circuits:45 Work /:15 Rest-Transition 

  • 1 min Between Rounds   
  • Goblet Lateral Squats (Alternate Legs) R(40+/35+) W(30+/25+) B: bodyweight
  • Superman Hold 
  • Push Ups R: Tennis Ball/Weighted W: Yoga Block B: Negatives 
  • Hollow Hold R: Hollow Crunches
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Goblet Squats  R:(60+/45+), W:(45+/35+), B:(25+/20+)
  • High Knees
