Interval Training: 4 RNDS – :20/:10 x 2 for each move

  • Push Ups Progression:  (Hands Elevated or Negatives–Yoga Block Depth– Tennis Ball Depth/Weighted)
  • Prone W’
  • Ninjas
  • Body Weight Squats
  • Jumping Jacks

 

Glute/Core Finisher – 4moves, :30 at each move – 2 rounds through = 6 min 

  1. Hollow Hold
  2. Side Plank(R/L)
  3. High Plank 
  4. Single Leg hip lifts (R/L)
