Shin Box Drill 5x each side

 

Glute Med Leg Lifts- 4 min. Tabata Clock-:20/:10

  • 1 min of rest between Rounds.

 

Min 1: 15 x Hollow Crunches —-> Dead Bugs

Min 2: R:12x W:10x B:8x Goblet Squats R:(60+/45+), W:(45+/35+), B:(25+/20+)—>Wall Sit

Min 3: R:12x W:10x B:8x Push ups—>High Plank Hold

Min 4: 20 x (Total) Bicycle Curls—> Superman Hold

Min 5:  R:12x W:10x B:8x Ninjas—> Bird Dogs

Min 6:  R:12x W:10x B:8x Lateral Squats—> High Knees /  Non-Impact Air Bike
