  • Complete the number of reps of the first exercise, and then finish out the minute with the second exercise.

  • 1 min of rest between Rounds.

Min 1: 12 x Deadbugs—-> Hollow Hold

Min 2: R:15x W:12x B:10x Squat  R: Goblet —> Squat Hold

Min 3: R:12x W:10x B:8x Push ups—>High Plank Hold

Min 4: 10x Prone Press—> Superman Hold

Min 5:  R:12x W:10x B:8x Ninjas—> Bird Dogs

Min 6:  R:12x W:10x B:8x Lateral Squats—> Lateral Bounds

Min. 7:  R: 12x W: 10 B:8x Burpee Progression -> Jumping Jacks
