Interval Training: 4 x 7 min EMOM

  • Complete the number of reps of the first exercise, and then finish out the minute with the second exercise.

  • 1 min of rest between Rounds.

Min 1: R:12x (Goblet) W:10x B:8x Squat—> Squat Hold

Min 2: 12 x (total) Deadbug—-> Hollow Hold

Min 3: R:12x W:10x B:8x Push up Progression—>High Plank Hold

Min 4: 12 x Glute Bridge —> Glute Bridge Hold

Min 5:  R:12x W:10x B:8x Ninjas—> Bird Dogs

Min 6:  R:12x W:10x B:8x Lateral Squats—> Lateral Bounds

Min. 7:  R: 12x  W: 10 B: 8x Burpee Progression -> Jumping Jacks
