Interval Training :40/:20 = 5 RNDS No Rest = 25 Minutes 

  • Bear Crawl Shoulder Tap
  • MTN Climbers Non-Impact: Slow MTN. Climbers 
  • Deadbug 
  • Stepback Lunge 
  • High Knees Non-Impact: Squats
