Tempo Calf Raises: 5 RNDS of 5 Reps = 5 Minutes on a  :40/:20 Clock Work/Rest

  • Tempo: 1 Second Up / 1 Second Hold / 5 Second Lower / 1 Second Rest

  • The Why: for Ankles Tendo (P)ehab

 

Interval Training: 5 RNDS on a :30/:15 clock = 20 Minutes Work

  • Rest :30 after each RND

 

KB Deadlift High Pulls

KB Goblet Step Back Lunges (Alternate Legs)

Alternating KB Clean & Push Press

Lateral Bounds

High Knees

Rest 30 sec
