Starter:  Mobility Series: 5 Minutes

 

Interval Training: 5 x 5 Minute RNDS,  :30/:15 each exercise

  •  5 rounds straight through – NO REST between rounds = 25 Min. total

 

  • Lateral Bounds (Non-Impact:  Lateral Lunges)

  • Active Plank

  • Glute Bridges

  • Single Leg Hip Lift Hold Right

  • Single Leg Hip Lift Hold Left

  • Stepback Lunge R: Goblet KB

  • High Knees (Non-Impact:  Fast March or Mountain Climbers)
