Interval Training: 5 x 5 Minute RNDS  

Wednesday, April 17 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Mobility Series: 5 Minutes

  • Active Ankle FRC 1 Min (ES)

  • Balance Reach/Hinge Drill with Yoga Block 5x (ES) in multiple directions

Interval Training: 5 x 5 Minute RNDS  :30 Sec at Each Move (running clock no rest)

  • Plank

  • Push Ups R:Tennis Ball W: Yoga Block B: Negatives

  • Bottom of  Lunge Hold R

  • Bottom of Lunge Hold L

  • Stepback Lunges

  • Superman Hold

  • Cobra Press Ups (Squeeze Butt, Look Up, Press Up, Back Down)

  • Inchworm Plank Shoulder Taps B: Inchworms

  • Finish each round with everyone doing 60 sec of Jump Rope (Non Jumpers Air Bike)

  • Rest 1 min and repeat 5 x

Partner “I Go, You Go” Nordic Hamstring Curls 5×5 Each
