Station 1: Rowing: 80-90% sprint pace (at least 10 sec faster than 2K pace)

Station 2: Side Plank Hold (switch sides every round)  

Station 3: TRX Tricep Press 

Station 4: Wall Sit  

Station 5: Agility Ladder (“In, In, Out, Out” RNDs 1-3, Ickey Shuffle RNDs 4-6)

 

Cool Down:  3-5 Min. Box Breathing
