Interval Training:   March Madness Shake Up! – 4 x 7 Min. Rounds

  • 4 RNDS, 1 minute rest between rounds:

  •  1 Round = :40/:20 of  each exercise with :30/:15 of the “shake up” move between each

  • ONLINE:  all MB moves can be done with a light KB

MB Tall Kneeling Halos

MB Deadbug

MB Lunge Trio (step forward, lateral, step back)

High Plank

*

 

In between the top 4 exercises, complete :30 work/:15 rest of basketball (MB) inspired “Shake Up” exercises:

RND 1: *Med Ball Lateral Shuffle

RND 2: *Med Ball Slams  (ONLINE:  Squat Jumps, Non-Impact: Squats)

RND 3: *Med Ball Choppy Feet

RND 4: *Block Jumps (Non-Impact: lateral step + load absorption)
