Interval Training: Medball Rock, Paper, Scissors

  • 5 x 7 Min Rounds (7 min includes R/P/S and rest time)
  • :30 sec per exercise on a continuously running clock 

 

-½ Kneeling MB Side Slams R

-½ Kneeling MB Side Slams L

-MB Lateral Lunges

-MB Toe Taps

-MB Deadbugs

-MB Mtn Climbers

-MB SL Hip Lifts (R) (ball extended over chest) 

-MB SL Hip Lifts (L)

-MB Plank Reaches (use MB as target)

-MB Thrusters

**ROCK/PAPER/SCISSORS

 ***Immediately following each round, members find a different partner every round to play rock, paper, scissors – best 2 of 3. Winner chooses the exercise they want to perform and loser does the other exercise: 

  • 8x Burpee Progression
  • 30x Jumping Jacks

Whatever time is left in the 2 min is their rest time before the next round starts.
