5 x 6 Min Rounds (6 min includes R/P/S and rest time)

:30 sec per exercise on a continuously running clock
-½ Kneeling MB Side Slams R
-½ Kneeling MB Side Slams L
-MB Lateral Lunges
-MB Toe Taps
-MB Press Outs (from chest, pause for 2 counts out)
-MB Deadbugs
-MB Tall Kneeling Halos
-MB Mtn Climbers
-MB Thrusters
**ROCK/PAPER/SCISSORS
**Immediately following each round members have :90 sec to find a partner and play rock, paper, scissors. Winner chooses between doing 10 jumping jacks or 5 burpees, and the loser does other exercise. Whatever time is left in the :90 sec is their rest time before the next round starts.
