Starter:  4 Min. Glute Med Leg Lifts – Tabata Clock, 2x :20/:10 each side

 

Interval Training:  4 x 6 Minute Tabata

-:20/:10 x 2 each move

-1 MIN REST between rounds

  • Min 1:  Mountain Climbers

  • Min 2:  Split Squats (:20 R/:20 L) R: Goblet

  • Min 3:  Prone Y’s (:20)/Prone T’s (:20)

  • Min 4:  Single Leg Hip Lift (:20 R/:20 L)

  • Min 5:  High Plank Clock

  • Min 6:  Block Jumps (Non-Impact: Lateral Step + Load Absorption or BIKE)
