Interval Training: Thanksgiving Pyramid Feast 

-Complete each pyramid followed by 1 minute of rest.

-Each Pyramid is 4:30 minutes of total work

-Do two rounds of the feast: “ Gotta go back for seconds!”

 

Pyramid 1: The Appetizer

Mountain Climbers- :40/:20

Hollow Hold- :30/:15

Single Leg Hip Lift -: 20/:10 Right, :20/:10 Left

Hollow Hold- :30/:15

Mountain Climbers – :40/:20

 

Pyramid 2:  The Main Course

Burpees- :40/:20

Split Squat hold (Right) – :30/:25

Plank Shoulder Taps- : 20/:10 x 2

Split Squat Hold (Left) – :30/:15

Burpees- :40/:20

 

Pyramid 3:  Dessert

Jump Rope- :40/:20

Side Plank Right- :30/:15

Push-Ups- :20/:10 x 2

Side Plank Left – :30/:15

Jump Rope- :40/:20
