Interval Training: The Disappearing Act 

The first exercise will last :30, and will be followed by :30 rest. Each round you will add one exercise, but the rest will stay the same. 

 

  1. Lateral Bounds (N.I. Lateral Lunges
  2. Glute Bridge Hold
  3. Lateral Bear Crawl 
  4. Broad Jump (N.I. Goat Belly Swings)
  5. Split Squat Hold (switch ½ way) 
  6. Pushup Progression
  7. Burpee Progression 

 

1 = :30 + :30 Rest = 1:00

1,2 = 1:00 + :30 Rest = 1:30 

1,2,3 = 1:30 + :30 Rest = 2:00

1,2,3,4 = 2:00 + :30 Rest = 2:30

1,2,3,4,5 = 2:30 + :30 Rest = 3:00

1,2,3,4,5,6 = 3:00 + :30 Rest = 3:30

1,2,3,4,5,6,7 = 3:30 + :30 Rest = 4:00

2,3,4,5,6,7 = 3:00 +:30 Rest = 3:30

3,4,5,6,7 = 2:30 + :30 Rest = 3:00

4,5,6,7 = 2:00 + :30 Rest = 2:30

5,6,7 = 1:30 + :30 Rest = 2:00

6,7 = 1:00 + :30 = 1:30

7 = :30
