Interval Training: The Haunted Pyramids

-Complete each pyramid followed by 1 minute of rest at the end (Complete all 3 pyramids before resting).

-Each Pyramid is 4:30 minutes of total work

-Do two rounds of the tour “ Gotta see it again”

 

Pyramid One: AKA – Jeepers Creepers

Burpees “The Creeper”- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

Split Squat hold (Right) – :30 of work/ :15 of rest

Plank Shoulder Taps – : 20 of work/:10 of rest x 2

Split Squat Hold (Left) – :30 of work/ :15 of rest

Burpees “The Creeper” – :40 of work/ :20 of rest

 

Pyramid Two: AKA – Halloween 

Tempo “ Michael Myer” Squats 4/2/4/0- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

Undead Push-ups “Bear Crawl Push Ups”- :30 of work/:15 of rest

High Knees-: 20 of work/:10 of rest x 2

Undead Push-ups “Bear Crawl Push Ups”- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Tempo “ Michael Myer” Squats 4/2/4/0- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

 

Pyramid Three: AKA – Hocus Pocus

Smashing Pumpkins “Slam Balls”- :40 of work/:20 of rest

Dead Bugs- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Med Ball Toe Taps “WitchCraft Shuffle”  – :20/:10 of rest x 2

Dead Bugs- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Smashing Pumpkins “Slam Balls”- :40 of work/:20 of rest
