-Complete each pyramid followed by 1 minute of rest.

-Each Pyramid is 4:30 minutes of total work

-Do two rounds of the tour “ Gotta see it again”

 

Pyramid One:

Burpees- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

Split Squat hold (Right) – :30 of work/ :15 of rest

Plank Shoulder Taps- : 20 of work/:10 of rest x 2

Split Squat Hold (Left) – :30 of work/ :15 of rest

Burpees- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

 

Pyramid Two:

Tempo Squats 4/2/4/0- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

Hollow Hold- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Mountain Climbers-: 20 of work/:10 of rest x 2

Hollow Hold- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Tempo Squats 4/2/4/0- :40 of work/ :20 of rest

 

Pyramid Three:

Jump Rope- :40 of work/:20 of rest

Leg Raises- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Push-Ups- :20/:10 of rest x 2

Leg Raises- :30 of work/:15 of rest

Jump Rope- :40 of work/:20 of rest
