Round 2: :40 sec work :20 sec rest  = 8 min

Round 3: :30 sec work :15 sec rest  = 6 min

Round 4: :20 sec work :10 sec rest  = 4 min


MB Side Lunge Press outs 

MB Mtn Climbers (slow and drive your knee into the ball)

MB Hollow Crunches (link to video or explanation here please)

MB Push up (both hands on the side of the ball)

MB Toe Taps 

MB In and Out Squats 

MB Around The World Slam Balls  

MB Knees To Chest (shins on the ball, pulling in both knees at the same time)
