MOTM:  Heather & Raque – The Dynamic Duo!  30 Min. Partner Workout (AMRAP style)

 

Each partner chooses one:

  • Run:  OM Loop

      OR

  • Row:  while partner is gone

 

Then:  (both partners can work at the same time through the following)

 

  • 6x (E.S.) ½ Kneeling Press or Bottom Up Press

  • 6x (E.S.) 1 KB Racked (Ipsilateral) Stepback Lunge

  • 6x Pull Up Progression

  • 15x KB Swings or 10x Goblet Cleans

 

3 Min. Core Finisher:   Group Plank/Push-Up Wave

  • We’ll have the whole class form a big circle, everyone in high plank (R: shoulder taps)

  • First person starts with a push up, and it will circle around one person to the next

  • Continue for 3 min.

  • Everyone does their own progression of push up (including negatives)
