Disappearing Act,  “The Speed Version”

The first exercise will last :30, and will be followed by :30 rest. Each round you will add one exercise, but the rest will stay the same.

  1. Push Ups

  2. Mountain Climbers

  3. Lateral Toe Taps

  4. Squat  R: Goblet Squat

  5. Plank

  6. Jump Rope

1 = :30 + :30 Rest = 1:00

1,2 = 1:00 + :30 Rest = 1:30

1,2,3 = 1:30 + :30 Rest = 2:00

1,2,3,4 = 2:00 + :30 Rest = 2:30

1,2,3,4,5 = 2:30 + :30 Rest = 3:00

1,2,3,4,5,6 = 3:00 + :30 Rest = 3:30

2,3,4,5,6, = 2:30 + :30 Rest = 3:00

3,4,5,6 = 2:00 +:30 Rest = 2:30

4,5,6,= 1:30 + :30 Rest = 2:00

5,6, = 1:00 + :30 Rest = 1:30

6 = :30 + :30 Rest = 1:00
