MOTM:  Sarah S.!  Constant Variant Workout:

  • 7 exercises on a clock of : 30/:15 at each move.

  • 5 x 5 Min Rounds,  1 min of rest between rounds. Each round the order of exercises change to challenge athletic adaptations.

  7. Jump Rope (non impact- mountain climbers)
