Movement Monday: Balance and Single Leg Strength (24 min)
Monday, August 2
Campers will partner up, one partner will start on the single leg strength exercise (time keeper) and the other on the balancing exercises. Once both Partners have completed 4 sets of both exercises, they will choose a shake up and move on to the next set of exercises.
1) 12 x 2 KB Bulgarian Split Squats (total) / Single Leg Deadlift (no weight and switch when partner switches legs)
3) 12 x 2 KB Racked Step Back Lunge / Single Leg Around The World (switch legs when partner is at the halfway point)
Shake up: 150 Jump Rope Singles / 250 m Row / 1 Parking Lot Lap / 15 Cal on the Bike
Finish on 4 min Tabata Glute Med Leg Lift
:20 sec work / :10 sec rest / stick to the same side for 2 intervals
