4-6 x Heavy 2 KB Sumo Deadlift (@home: 1 KB Sumo Deadlift)

 

7 min Cardio and Core: 

20 D.U / 60 Singles (@home: 20 Rocket Jumps) 

20 Mtn Climbers (per side)

20 Star Crunches 

20 Lateral Bounds (each side) 

 

Without rest go back to the 4 min of mobility for active recovery and to start your 2nd Round
