8 x PVC 3 Point Drill

8 x Alt Active Leg Lowering (each side) 

8 x Staggered Stance 1 Arm Scapular KB Rows (each side) 

8 x Alt Leg Lock Hip Bridge (each side)

8 x Tempo KB Deadlift (4 sec Down / 1 sec Up): Goblet DL, 2 KB Suitcase DL or 1 KB Suitcase DL

 

Then: 

8-10 min AMRAP Burner 

Parking lot sprint (@home: 30 High Knees [each side])

5 x KB Goblet Thrusters (Adv: 2 KB Thrusters) 

5 x Burpees

10 x Mtn Climbers (each side)
