10 Leg Lock Hip Bridge (total) 

10 Lunge Hamstring Stretch (total)

 

6 min Strength and Activation: 

5 x Heavy KB Hikes 

5 x Hamstring Walkouts 

4-6 x Heavy 2 KB Sumo Deadlift (@home: 1 KB Sumo Deadlift)

 

7 min Glutes and Core: 

20 Banded Side Steps (per side) [@home: 20 Quarter Squat Side Steps] 

20 Side Plank Hip Dips (per side)

20 Banded Clam Shells (per side) [@home: Clam Shells] 

20 Flutter Kicks (per side)  

 

Without rest go back to the 4 min of mobility for active recovery and to start your 2nd Round
