Strength

2 Rounds:

3-5 x Heavy 1 KB Push Press  / 3-5 x Heavy Strict High Pull (with 5 sec pause at the top)

 

Stabilization

2 Rounds: 

2 Turkish Get Ups (per side) / 100 Singles or 1 Parking Lot lap (@home: 40 Jumping Jacks)

 

Rest and repeat for 24 min

 

8 min Core Finisher:

40 sec per movement  

 

Hollow Hold / Side Plank (right) / Side Plank (left) / Knees to Chest / Toe Touches / Bicycle Crunches / repeat
