Movement Monday: Shoulder Stability / Press

5 x 5 min Rounds

Campers will be on a 40/20 clock for the banded exercises. Once they have completed the 3rd exercises and have rested 20 sec, they will go into their heavy lift followed immediately by a moderate cardio exercise of their choice for the remaining of the 5 min. Rest 1 min and repeat.

 

:40 sec each Movement / :20 sec Rest 

Band Pull Aparts

Lateral to Front Raises 

Banded (high Elbow) External Rotations With Press 

Then:

3-5 Heavy 2 KB Push Press (@home: 3-5 x 1 KB Push Press [each side])

Row / Run / Bike / Jump Rope / Jumping Jacks the Remaining of the 5 min

 

4 min Finisher 

Tabata Glute Med Leg Lift (Same side for  2 intervals before switching)
