Movement Monday: Sprinting / Proprioception 

Monday, April 12

Complete 1 Round: 

20 m Lean / Fall / Run (adv: with a knee hug)

Walk or Jog around the curve to the first light post

Sprint to the second light post 

Jog the curve all the way to the starting point 

 

Then Complete 2 Rounds:

20 x 1 Leg In and Out (total)

10 x Cossack Squats (total)

20 x Lateral Scissor Hops (total) 

10 x Single Leg Hop with a knee drive (total)

 

-rest and repeat for 25 min-

 

Finish on 7 way hips (4 min)

 

@Home Version: 

Complete 2 Rounds:

20 x High Knees (per side)

20 x Stationary Right Leg In and Out

20 x Stationary Right Leg In and Out

20 x Butt Kickers (per side)

 

Then Complete 2 Rounds:

20 x 1 Leg In and Out (total)

10 x Cossack Squats (total)

20 x Lateral Scissor Hops (total) 

10 x Single Leg Hop with a knee drive (total)

 

-rest and repeat for 25 min-

 

Finish on 7 way hips (4 min)
