6 x PVC Overhead Squats 

6 x Half Kneeling Hip Flexor stretch Pulses (total)

6 x Press out Squats, Heavy Goblet Squat or Heavy 2 KB Squat 

 

Rest 2 min 

 

2 x 6 min Stations of: 

 

1) :30 sec KB Swings / :30 sec Mtn Climbers / :30 sec Speed Squats (adv: Jumping Squats) / :30 sec Rest and repeat 3 x 

 

Go right into after the :30 sec rest of Station 1

 

2) :30 sec of Goblet Squat Cleans / :30 sec of Step Back Lunges (adv: Jumping Lunges) / :30 sec Push up to shoulder taps / :30 sec Hip Bridge March / repeat 3 x no rest
