Partner Strength: 28-Min + Tabata Finisher

  • Partner “I go, you go”, 5 sets of 4-6 reps of each lift
  • 4 KB lifts. Members can choose to go in any order through the lifts. They will not get through 5 sets of all 4 lifts, if they are choosing challenging weights, so advise to take that into consideration when choosing what order. 
  • Both partners complete all 5 sets of one lift before moving on to the next. 
    • 5 x 4-6 Heavy Deadlifts 
    • 5 x 4-6 (E.S.) KB Rows
    • 5 x 4-6 (E.S.) Split Squats or Squats 
    • 5 x 4-6 (E.S.) Floor Press 

 

6 min Tabata Finisher – 

Tabata HIIT – 4 RNDs 

:20/:10 per exercise 

  • Block Jumps N.I. Lateral Lunges
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Squat Jumps N.I. Squats
