Partner Team Competition
Count total reps performed over three 8-min circuits. Team that averages the most reps over the 24-min wins! Campers will alternate between two exercises over the course of the 8-min, switching exercises with their partner every minute. They will take the total number of both exercises, and put that on the board. Repeat for 2nd and 3rd round.
8-min continuously running clock, alternating exercises after every minute:
- Row for Calories
- KB Bent Over Row [switch sides every 5 reps] (R 50/40) (W 40+/30) (B 30+/20)
– 2 min rest –
- Wall ball (Red 20/15, White 15/12, Blue 12/10)
- DL High Pull (R 60/45) (W 45+/35) (B 35+/25)
– 2 min rest –
- Slam Ball (Red 20/15, White 15/12, Blue 12/10)
- YB Parallel Row
Winning Team chooses FOUR core exercises for 4 min core finisher
30 sec/exercise x 2 RNDS
