Partner WAR: 25 Min Card Game
How many rounds can you get through?
Partner up, Partners AMRAP 5 Stations by playing the classic card game WAR!Reps are decided by playing WAR…each person draws card from main deck in the middle of the room.
- The high card wins… partner with high card does low card number of reps…partner with low card does high card number of reps.
- Cards go back to the bottom of the deck.
- Draw cards/play WAR for each station.
Station 1: Bike Cals
Station 2: Push Ups W: Yoga Block progress to Tennis Ball
Station 3: ERG Cals
Station 4: Pull Ups W: Banded
Station 5: KB Goblet Squats
8 Minute Finisher
Partner “I Go, You Go” Nordic Hamstring Curls 5×5 Each
- No bouncing back, control push back to knees and than up to starting position.
- Up on Balls of Feet (To help Prevent Hamstring Cramps)
- Hands Kept at rib cage height by side (To help lighten the load on the upper half)
