:30 Sec ALL OUT SPRINT :90 sec of rest and repeat 15 x = 30 min
Campers will choose either BIKE or ERG sprints and stick with it for all 15 RNDS
Partner up and share bike or ERG as needed. If partnered, P1 sprints at the top of every odd minute and P2 sprints at the top of every even minute so that both are sprinting for :30 and resting for :90.
