Switch after RND 5 – air bike goes to erg, erg to air bike

 

Goals:

ERG: R:(1:45/1:55) W:(1:55/2:00) B:(2:00/2:15)

Bike: R:(600 Watts/400 Watts) W:(450 Watts/350 Watts) B:(350 Watts/250 Watts)

 

After 10 Rnds: Extended stretch/mobility including wall hip flexor stretch 1 min/side
