Running: 2 Mile Assessed Run + Upperbody AMRAP for Quality

Running Warm Up: 15 Minutes+


Running: 2 Mile Assessed Run Retest 7/26 (3rd & Final Test 2019) **Actual Distance 2.04 miles**

Route: Start at Stop Sign on Clifford, Right onto Park Place,  Right on Leland Terrace, Right on Wisteria, Right on Rocky Ford, Right on College, 1 Mile (1.02) Mark is at Stop Sign on Clifford (Give Split). 2 (2.04) mile ends at Clifford Stop Sign.

When finished, catch your breath and then Upper Body Amrap for Quality…next 10 min or so until the whole group returns:


Non Runners Air Bike Workout:

  • 16 Minute :15/:45 Hard/Easy


AMRAP for Quality 10 -15 MInutes 

  • 6x Pull Up R: Weighted/Strict  W: Band Assisted B: Band/TRX Pull-Ups
  • 6x Band Front Raises
  • 6x Band Side Raises
