4 RNDS of 7min:45/:15/:30/:15   1 min Rest b/t rounds 

 

OH Squats (use jump rope, broomstick, or just arms extended overhead) 

Hollow Hold

KB Swings

High Plank Reach  

 

In Between the Top 4 Moves Complete:30 Seconds of a secondary Movement

RND 1: Mtn Climbers the Hard Way

RND 2: Star Crunches

RND 3: KB Lat Toe Taps 

RND 4: Floating Table Top Shoulder Taps (adv: Static Bear Crawl) 

 

For example, Round 1 will look like this:

 

:45 sec of OH Squats:15 sec of rest

:30 sec of Mtn Climbers the hard way:15 sec of rest 

:45 sec of Hollow Hold:15 sec of rest

:30 sec of Mtn Climbers the hard way:15 sec of rest

:45 sec of KB Swings:15 sec of rest

:30 sec of Mtn Climbers the hard way:15 sec of rest

:45 sec of High Plank Reach:15 sec of rest

:30 sec of Mtn Climbers the hard way:15 sec of rest

 

For the other 4 rounds, the red exercises stay the same. The black ones will switch to another exercise mentioned above.
