Shoulder Prehab + Interval Training: 4 x 6 Min. Rounds

Saturday, January 16

Starter:  Shoulder Prehab – Side Lying Trio (3lb. weights):

  • Flexion (RPE 6/10) 10-12 Reps

  • Abduction (RPE 8/10) 12-15 Reps

  • External Rotation (RPE 10/10) 15-20+ Reps

Interval Training:  4 x 6 min Stations

:30 sec per exercise 3 RNDS  through each Station

1 Min Rest BTWN Stations

Station 1: Strength – Band Pull Aparts / Stepback Lunge Right (R: Goblet or MB) / Stepback Lunge Left  / Rest

Station 2: Med Ball – MB Lateral Toe Taps / MB Press Outs / Slamballs / Rest

Station 3: Core –   Side Plank R/ Side Plank L / Hollow Hold / Rest

Station 4: Conditioning –  Jump Rope (Non-Impact: Mountain Climbers) / Block Jumps (Non-Impact:  Lateral Step + Load Absorption) / High Knees (Non-Impact:  Fast March) / Rest
