Slow Strength & mobility. Each strength exercise 3 x 6 followed by mobility (20 min)

 

  1. Heavy Suitcase DL & Posterior hip mobility 10/leg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-Ae93wG7XE

 

  1. Front squats & wall hip flexor stretch (30 sec/leg or 10 deep breaths in & out)

 

  1. OH press & wall angels (5 reps, up & down=1, 5 seconds up & 5 down)

 

Partner Cardio ladder (10 min): 10-8-6-4-2 (I go, you go)

– Side plank hip dips (per side)

– single arm Push press (total)

–  PVC or black bar OH squats

– Mountain climbers the hard way (total)

– V-ups

 Repeat
