  • 8x TRX Rows R: TRX Inverted Row
  • 8x Dips R: Feet Up/Weighted W: Negatives B: Feet Down/In Front
  • Mixed Carry: 4x Touches (Total) 1KB Suitcase Carry: (70+/50+) 1 KB Racked Carry: (45+/35+)
