16-20 Minute KB Complex AMRAP

  • Start with 1st White Mailbox Run
  • Adding on an additional rep with each round.
  • After the 4th RND Run to 1 White mailbox Non Runners 1 Minute on the air Bike @ 300+ Watts
  • After you complete the run you start again at the top.

RND 1: 1x Straight Leg Deadlift, 1x Goblet Clean, 1x Goblet Squat, 1x Goblet Push Press

RND 2: 2x Straight Leg Deadlift, 2x Goblet Clean, 2x Goblet Squat, 2x Goblet Push Press

RND 3: 3x Straight Leg Deadlift, 3x Goblet Clean, 3x Goblet Squat, 3x Goblet Push Press

RND 4: 4x Straight Leg Deadlift, 4x Goblet Clean, 4x Goblet Squat, 4x Goblet Push Press

  • R:(53+/40+) W:(45+/35+) B:(30+/25+)  NEWBIES:  3 rounds of the AMRAP
