  1. Hip Dominant: 8x Heavy KB Deadlift

  2. Push: 8x (E.S.) Floor Press

  3. Knee Dominant: 8x (E.S.) Single Leg Box Squat

  4. Pull: 8x TRX Row or TRX Low Row

  5. Core: 8x (E.S.) ½ Kneeling Paloff Press (blue/purple/black handled bands, purple/red/blue loop bands)

  6. Sled Push:  steady march down and back (Outside:  20M Suitcase Carry)

4 Min. Finisher:  Mini Band Tabata

  • Min. 1&3:  monster walk forward and back (length of mat)

  • Min. 2&4:  lateral walk (length of mat)
